go you your cpanel.  click phpmyadmin.  click your database name.  click general settings. click browse.

in another window go to http://fox.sosugary.com/siteadmin/tester.php

make sure the "path_to_php" is the same. if not click edit on the left and change,  do the same with the ffmpeg and mencoder paths.

if that doesn't work upload this file to the siteadmin folder and let me know and i'll check it.

right click and select save target as.

also, do you know if you had installed the php4 version of phpmotion?  i know we have php5 on the new server, not sure about php4.

Also I didnt do that

#----- if phpmotion is installed in a sub directory edit the RewriteBase as follows -----#
      # EXAMPLE => RewriteBase /myvideos
      # EXAMPLE => RewriteBase /myvideos
      RewriteBase /

Because I didnt know. Iam really confused when it comes to installing things. lol.
And its really getting on my nerves lol.
